How we handle your personal data - plainly explained.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the message you send. If you run a free website audit, we also collect the email address and website URL you submit. If you buy the Developer Report (£100), Stripe collects and processes your card details on our behalf — we never see or store card data. We don't collect any other personal data automatically beyond what's described under Cookies below.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry, send you the audit report you requested, or deliver the Developer Report you purchased. We won't add you to a mailing list or share your details with third parties beyond the processors named below.
Where it's stored
Contact form submissions and audit reports are stored in Google Firebase Firestore (Google LLC, europe-west2 / London). Audit lead details and paid orders are stored in Supabase (Supabase Inc., eu-central-1 / Frankfurt). Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — Stripe retains payment data per their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Google, Supabase and Stripe are our only data processors, and all hosting and processing takes place in the UK or EU.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (for example, session management). We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and the right to request its deletion. To exercise either right, contact us at the address below and we'll respond within 30 days.
